By scheduling an appointment, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please review carefully before booking.
Appointments
• All appointments must be booked online.
• A valid credit or debit card is required to secure your appointment. All holding fees are applied to the cost of your appointment and are nonrefundable.
• Virtual consultations are free but still require booking to hold your time slot.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
• At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment.
• One courtesy reschedule with more than 24 hours' notice provided, additional request will require a nonrefundable holding fee before rescheduling. Reschedules or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% late notice fee.
• No-call / no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
• Repeated last-minute cancellations or reschedules will result in restricted booking privileges.
Arrival & Late Policy
• Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you are going to be late, please contact me asap.
• If you’re more than 10 minutes late, your session may be shortened to avoid overlapping with the next client.
• Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule and will be charged as a late cancellation.
Guests & Children
For your comfort and safety, no guests or children are permitted during appointments. No exceptions.
Health & Eligibility
• Treatments are non-invasive but may not be suitable for everyone.
• If you have any medical conditions, are pregnant, or taking medication, please discuss this during your consultation.
• Results vary based on individual factors and cannot be guaranteed.
Payment
• Payment is due at or before the time of service.
• Accepted forms include cash, debit, credit, or approved digital payment methods.
• Packages or promotional pricing must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
Refunds & Results
• Due to the nature of services, all sales are final.
• No refunds are issued once a treatment or package has started.
• Jes Got Me Right is committed to client satisfaction and will always provide honest recommendations to achieve your best results.
Photos & Privacy
Before-and-after photos will be taken to document your progress. Photos are property of Jes and Jes Got Me Right. Photos may be used for social media, marketing, or education purposes. Requests to not use photos will be respected.
